What is a Doula?
Doulas provide a variety of services including birth and postpartum support, advocacy, education, emotional and spiritual support. We work with birthers and their families to prepare them for childbirth and the postpartum period. There is so much the average person still doesn’t understand about birth and their bodies. As a doula we walk with families through pregnancy and postpartum. We work with you towards the birth you desire while offering non judgmental support. We help you prepare for bringing baby home and planning for what this most precious time will feel and look like for your new family.
I have a deep love for mothers and birth. I am passionate about providing resources, support, wisdom and guidance for your family. I work for you alongside your doctor or midwife to help you mentally, emotionally and physically prepare for the life growing inside your womb.

I feel honored to be able to offer this service to families and look forward to discussing your ideas and capturing your baby as they emerge earthside.
